Neroli 3% essential oil: citrus aurantium var. amara (neroli) oil in jojoba base
How to use
Vaporiser: Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the ceramic dish of your vaporiser.
Diffuser:Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to the full water chamber of your diffuser.
Massage: Essential oils should always be mixed with a carrier oil when applied directly to the skin. Add 2 drops of essential oil into 12ml of carrier oil and massage into the skin. Always patch test first.
Bath: Due to the potency of essential oils, only a few drops are needed. Essential oils and water don't actually combine well, so the oils will float to the top of the water and sit on the edge of the bath and onto your skin. This means that when they are combined with hot water they can cause irritation to sensitive skin. A safe and effective way to use your essential oils in the bath is to mix them with a carrier oil prior to putting the oils in the bath, this protects your skin and helps the oils to disperse through the bath safely.
Ingestion: Essential oils are incredibly potent, which is what makes them so powerful, but caution must be exercised when ingesting them. In Australia, under the Therapeutic Goods Administration, it is required for consumers to consult a healthcare practitioner before using essential oils for ingestion. ECO. comply fully with the Australian laws around the use of essential oils.
Steam inhalation: add 1-2 drops of ECO. essential oil to a bowl of steaming water & cover the head with a towel. Close the eyes & inhale deeply for 5 minutes. Repeat as needed.
Pillow:add 1-3 drops of essential oil to your pillow to encourage a restful nights sleep.
